Additional chairs are available in the storage room, so that a larger number of people can be seated in the room with restrictions or alterations to the seating.

If you have any questions or would like a short briefing, Mr Marcel Enke will be glad to help you in this regard. Please remember to make an appointment in good time. A guiding in should take place at least one day before, as long as the room there is free.
The organisers themselves are responsible for the catering at corresponding events.
